Hi Everyone!

No, I do not mean Comet! I mean the fasting ones. I have a

question. What is the difference in value to your health between the

fasting cleansing and colonics? I have been doing a bit of reading now that

I finally got my shipment of books yesterday, and the current book I have

dived into is recommending colonics on a fairly regular basis. I have never

had anything like this, and it does not sound pleasant, nor do I really in

my heart think that this is really necessary. I am skeptical of the whole

concept of carrying around waste matter from the dinner I ate back in 1995.

It just does not make sense to me. For me personally, I do not have any

problems with elimination. I never have had. Today, ODDLY enough, I do

feel backed up and have been having rolling stomach pains on and off all

day, and have stopped eating anything because it starts up with the pains.

(I have no clue as to that, actually) Right now, I am getting hungry, but I

still have not cleared whatever it is that is backed up. This is a new

experience for me. For me, I am very regular, three to four times a day. I

am so sorry to be so graphic. TMI! I am just still feeling my way about

this and trying to sort out the overload of information that I have been

reading. Anyway, I was also wondering if a fasting cleanse would be

beneficial to do before trying to do 100% raw? Would it make the detox

easier? Would it eliminate the need for a colonic? Any wisdom and balanced

recommendations are welcomed.

Connie,

You've answered your own question.
