Guest guest
WOW, so many responses, and of coarse, so many opinons. LOL. As my head is still spinning, I guess I will try the high fruit diet again. I like fruit, and I like smoothies. But I like bananas in my smoothies, so I am guessing I need to get over that? Sounds like maybe I have been putting too many bananas in my smoothies and maybe that is leading to a high calorie/fat level. Does the sugar in raw fruit affect candida? I seriously think I have a candida problem, but have no idea. I have read all the symptoms, but depending on the day, depends on the symptoms. I will just hang in there and do what I can I guess. One question though, does anyone know if doing the master cleanser will affect candida? I am wondering if the maple sugar makes candida worse? Well thank you all for your responses, again I will have to sift through them and see what makes sense and what may or may not work for me! SIGH! LOL! Thanks for all your input! Any questions? Guest guest
Hi there, Bananas do not have much fat. You don't need to limit those at all. You want to limit overt fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, durian and oils. I wouldn't recommend the master cleanse. Just eat mostly fruit with some tender greens and avoid overt fats and you will do great!! Guest guest
Yes, sugars feed candida. Strawberries and grapefruit are good low glycemic sweet fruit choices. Fats are not a problem in fact coconut oil, garlic, and oil of oregano all have yeast fighting capabilities. I recommend Gabriel Cousins rainbow raw food diet phase I or II depending on the severity of your imbalance. He also explains the effects of mycotoxins on our health and how to eliminate them. These links have some good candida information: http://www.sheilashea.com/candida.html http://www.coconutdiet.com/candida.htm hope this helps clear the air. > >Dobby the house elf <dobeythehouseelf > >rawfood > >rawfood > >[Raw Food] RE:Please Help.THANK YOU ALL > >Mon, 5 Feb 2007 10:00:22 -0800 (PST) > > > > > >WOW, so many responses, and of coarse, so many opinons. > > > >LOL. > > > >As my head is still spinning, I guess I will try the high fruit diet again. > > I like fruit, and I like smoothies. > > > >But I like bananas in my smoothies, so I am guessing I need to get over > >that? Guest guest
Hi Alix, I know it's hard at first, but soon you won't miss it. Try to fill up on sweet fruit that you really like instead. :-) All the best, Audrey www.rawhealing.com > " Alix Bernet " <alixbr >rawfood >rawfood >RE: [Raw Food] RE:Please Help.THANK YOU ALL >Tue, 06 Feb 2007 12:01:27 +0100 > >Hi Audrey, > >I find it very very difficult to cut down on the nuts and seeds. >I will try to eat more bananas. >It s my 24th day 100% vegan raw but i really have a lot of difficulty to >cut >down on dried fruit and nuts. >I found it really really difficult. >Thks. >Alix > > > > " Audrey Walker " <chilove88 > >rawfood > >rawfood > >RE: [Raw Food] RE:Please Help.THANK YOU ALL > >Tue, 06 Feb 2007 03:02:54 +0000 > > > >Hi there, > > > >Bananas do not have much fat.
