Guest guest
Elchanan, your point is well taken. I went back and reread the advice you first gave me when I joined this list. I find it to be sound. I seem to be settling into a simple routine, beginning my day of raw with a single fruit and clean water. I continue thru the day in this fashion, eating only fruit and drinking water, but in the evening, I am still eating a cooked meal. Even so, I am feeling changes taking place in my body. I can feel that there are good things going on, and I can also tell by my clothes that I must have already lost weight, because things are becoming a lot looser. I think I am going to take this in baby steps, because that is what is comfortable for me at this point, and my goal is that of transitioning to full raw. My next plan is to begin making a point of having as large a green salad as I can, and then if I still want the cooked meal, I will give myself permission to have it, hopefully I will consume a lot less of it with a full bowl of greens in me! Thank you for your wisdom. Connie PS: My hair is NOT falling out, either! Yippee! rawfood , " Elchanan " <Elchanan wrote: > > Hi Connie, > I recommend a rather different approach, as follows: > > 1.
