HELP-EEK new problem

Ok so today I had nothing but:

 

Breakfast:

2 bananas

handfull of strawberries

and an apple with water in a smoothie

 

Lunch:

an avacado/lettuce rolled up (ok I get the avacado part now)

 

Dinner:

a salad with lettuce, carrots, celery, lemon, herbs, peppers

 

and tons of water:

 

The problem is, I cant stop shaking, I have had the shakes all day. I havent

felt well and fell like I have the jitters from too much caffeine. (which I

dont drink)

 

I felt fine until I went on vacation.

 

Ever since I came back (last tuesday) I havent felt right. I seem to be jittery

more and more, if I dont eat I get light headed, when I do eat I get kinda

panicy and my chest feels weird, not painful, but weird, and I feel kinda dizzy

at times.....

 

I am actually getting worried, I am not sure what my body is trying to tell me,

I have obviously done something to get my system outta whack and I am not sure

what I should do.

 

That is why I was thinking about doing a cleanse kinda trying to clean the

slate. I am not sure what I have tooo much of or not enough of in my system,

but I know I dont feel well and if I dont get it straight in the next day or so,

I am seriously considering going to the (EEEK) ER.

 

Am I just freaking out here over nothing or does anyone have any idea what I

have done to make myself feel this way.

 

The first day I thought it was just jet lag, but its getting a little worse and

Hi Dobby,

 

If you are trying to follow the high-fruit/low-fat approach (which I

and others have recommended), you're not eating nearly enough fruit.

Try more in the ball park of 2 to 2-1/2 fruit meals plus a big

salad. And many more bananas will help. You need more calories and

sugar.

 

If you check out some of the resources I gave you, you will be more

confident and less worried about your symptoms. You are going to

have " symptoms " as you cleanse. But you need more knowledge in order

to understand what's going on in your body. The 2 discussion boards

I mentioned are moderated by extremely knowledgeable, successful,

long-term raw-fooders with solid foundations in Natural Hygiene.

where did you go on vacation? Did you get bitten by any bugs? If I were you I

would load

up on garlic pills and preform a parasite cleanse:

It doesn't look like you are eating enough calories. Have you used

Nutridiary? You need to eat more fruit.

Dobby, the symptoms you describe sounds like what I get when I am severely

anemic. I would suggest getting some raw spinach into your system immediately.

You can make a green drink with spinach and collards with some water and fruit

to taste (blended in a blender and drink(eat) it)

Hi Dobby,

 

You are not eating nearly enough! :-) Try putting 4 or 5 bananas in your

smoothie and have a couple of smoothies per day in addition to a salad as

well as snacking on some fruit during the day.

 

I really suggest you get Dr. Graham's book, 80/10/10. You can order it on

his website www.foodnsport.com.
