Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am still relativly new to the raw food life style. I have been on a transition diet for a few weeks and am eating about 85-90% raw plant foods. I used to have asthma problems but they have stopped since I was a teen. However, a few days ago, I started having problems with shortness of breath. I assume this is from detoxification. Is there anything I can do to subside these symptoms? I hear figs work really well to dissolve mucus problems. I don't think I have transitioned too fast. I have tried to eat more cooked food today to slow the problem. It only made me tired and feel bad. I also have another question. My wife and I are expecting our first child in July. I feel comfortable with going all raw for myself, but have no idea how to start a diet for my new baby. Are there any good books anyone could recommend on raw food nutrition for children. Thanks Justin
