Hi everyone! Raw food rules! I wanted to ask everyone their opinion

on going raw and how it has affected your hair. I did this because I

was going gray! I was slayed to see it and knew something needed to

change.

I was wondering if going raw has brought back any color to those with

graying hair and how long it took. I'm asking this pointedly because I

have been told that going raw does return hair back to its original

color and even though I did this for my hair, I will never returned to

cooked food ever again.

Thanks everyone!

Hello there,

I am 37 and although I henna my hair, I think do see less gray (I didn't

have much to start with though) when my roots grow through. I've been 100%

raw (high fruit, low fat) about 2.5 years and just recently noticed less

gray. :-)

All the best,

Audrey

Does anyone know the reason? Any scientific data to support it. I

will be very interested in knowing any publication.

Audrey, I read about Ann Wigmore and she had real black hair at 83 and

all she ate was raw. Mostly engery soup. I also read that with raw

food you can change your hair color and you said that you have noticed

less gray. I'm 65 and don't have much gray but thin hair my thin hair

is from me burning it off in a fire that went up in my face. I have

only been raw for a few mo. and have noticed some differents in my

hands and the way I feel like more engery so I'm not as tired. I got

the DVD's from Chi diet and have read some and 1dvd and now understand

more of the wheatgrass and know how to grow it. It will take me awhile

to get to that point.
