Guest guest
Hello every body, I haven't participated much in this group in the last week. I have been in school. Today some girls were eating some weight watchers microwave meals and I was so happy to be sitting at my desk eating an Asian pear haha. I know weight watchers isn't raw, but it's it so much easier to eat healthy when other people are trying to also (in their own way) I have eaten so much water filled fruits in the last 5 days and no one has said anything smart alike to me yet! It's awesome. Bad news is since I switched to mostly fruit, my arthritis pains have come back... Hmm.. I have no idea what I was eating before while raw, to make them go away. I went 60 days arthritis free! But I was eating nuts, seeds, greens and lots of other things. I switched to mostly fruits because I gained 10 lbs on raw and I'm trying to get that 10 lbs back off. What raw foods reduce inflammation? Maybe I should incorporate that along with my fruit. ~ Sexy Mama! ~
Guest guest
Hi there, You may have gone for awhile without overt pain, but I assure you that you were never " arthritis-free " , not for a second! Are you eating a propensity of acid fruits or sweet fruits? And are you eating a nice, big green salad at night? And are you being at least somewhat physically active? The point is, just saying " I'm eating fruit " isn't a sufficient description of what you are doing, for anyone to offer any meaningful suggestions (though some undoubtedly will attempt to do so). Would you be willing to share more details about what you are doing? Elchanan _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of Blondy Friday, February 09, 2007 2:43 PM rawfood [Raw Food] Hello everyone again. Guest guest
It could be that since you are eating more simply (the watery fruits) that your body is taking this time to do some more house cleaning. When you eat complicated recipies and heavier foods, your body is busy digesting.
