Guest guest
Ok, I broke my ankel on Thursday night so I currently can not prepare my own food and I am staying at a friends house. What is something I can do that is very simple that will help this bone mend quickly (no I do not have access to raw comfrey for green drinks). These friends are sweet for letting me stay but they are still junk food junkies so there is not much in the way of fresh anything here. But if I know of something specific to get the healing going faster I am sure they would try to help. ______________________________\ ____ The fish are biting. Guest guest
If you are in position to do so, you can best help yourself by fasting on LOTS of water only for at least a few days and by resting profusely, including with your eyes gently closed as much of the time as possible. Would be helpful if you would share more information...for example, what is the current state of your ankle (bound, casted, etc.)? What are you presently experiencing in terms of pain? There are so many questions one might ask .... Perhaps you would be willing to share more about what you were eating and how you were living before this unfortunate injury?
