Hi everybody,

Yesterday i finish my first month 100% raw.

I will share my improvement.

- better sleep and regeneration

- beautiful and smooth skin

- disapearance of most of my bloodstream problem on my legs

- better resistance to stress

- better emotionnal balance (most of the time)

- spiritual improvement by discovering things on me.

- more in tune with my emotionnal hungers (but just at the beginning of the

path)

- and of course much more energy

This month i learnt to not mix seeds and nuts with sugars and my digestion

has really improved at the end of this first month, now i still eat them but

less and with greens salads or vegetables. I eat more bananas (my favorite

breakfast) so i feel better and i feel quite light but fed. I try to relax

when i eat and to chew more and to do more ofter some monomeals lol.

I understood aswell that the food is not my medicine but can help my body in

its healing attempts. So i try to eat less but it s just the beginning so i

do it slowly and step by step. Because for me it s the only way to really

change my way of living.

I still have some questions :

- Can i mix dried fruits and sweet fruits or bananas ? i do a lot of

monoeating but sometime i want to mix

- Is seaweed ok ?

- Is that ok to eat nuts with salads or should i eat them alone ? and how

long should i wait between two meals. Because i think it takes about half an

hour to two hours to digest a monomeal of fruits but how long for nuts and

for vegetable and how long if we mix them ?

- Is one or two handfull of nuts per day is too much ?

- What about the creation of gas in the belly with the raw diet ? i suppose

it s normal when someone change a diet but i would like to know how to

improve this too because perhaps i still not mix properly my food.

Thanks and i hope i will stay raw all my life.

Alix

xx
