Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I just want to get something straight in my mind. If I start my day with bananas and fresh water, which is actually becomming my new habit, (yippee!) can I switch to another fruit later in the day, say grapes or apples? Does it matter? I have been eating other fruits in a day, and did not think too much about it, but somewhere, can't remember where, someone said only one type of fruit a day, and then of course, the salad for the evening meal. Someone also said something about eating in the right combinations. What is this all about? Thanks for taking the time to reply! Connie PS: I have discovered that red bell peppers are so delicious eaten raw, plain, just as they come! Who knew??? YUMMY!!!
Guest guest
Hi Connie, Feel free to eat as many different fruits per day (or per meal) as you enjoy!! Eating fruits one at a time (mono meals) is optimum but there is no need to get that " advanced " so early on unless you really want to and feel totally comfortable doing so. Even still, you certainly don't need to have just one type of fruit all day! You can switch it up meal per meal. All the best, Audrey www.rawhealing.com > " Connie " <wyatt4ever >rawfood >rawfood >[Raw Food] Question!
