Thank you, Audrey, for your kind response. Now, I have another

question! Why is a mono meal the optimum? What purpose does it serve

to our body and health? Is there a particular fruit one should eat as

a mono meal? Is it just for one meal in a day, or is it one fruit for

an entire day...at all meals that day?

Hi Connie,

Mono meals are better for the body simply because the body can digest one

item at a time much more efficiently and completely than more complex meals.

This creates less waste for the body to have to process and deal with.

Mono refers to having just type of food per meal.

I hope this helps.

Take care,
