Guest guest
Is anyone already a raw, g-f vegan? I need some insight. Also, I don't want to use a dehydrator for recipes. Does anyone know if this is feasible? Thanks! -Mary Mail - Find what you need with new enhanced search. http://info.mail./mail_250

Guest guest
It will still be 1 to 2 months maybe 3 before they air! I have to plan, prep, scout locations, also do pre production and post so it is a lengthy serious show and process! I can't reveal which show it is and the 2nd one is actually my own Show and Series! Guest guest
I have decided to (try) to give up cooked foods for Lent (Catholic holiday lasting the 40 days before Easter). This will force me to learn the raw diet...kind of a sink or swim thing for me-which is the best way for me to accomplish anything. So, starting Wednesday, I'm going raw! I'm scared but I KNOW it will be worth it! Any words of advice from those who have successfully converted?
Guest guest
Hello there!! Congratulations on going raw!! That is awesome!!! Your body will love you for it!!! :-) Some suggestions: Clear out all your cupboards and fridge before hand, not having cooked food in the house to tempt you will make it much easier on you. Write a list of everything you can think of that you really do enjoy eating that is raw. You will be surprised of how long it is! Tell your trusted, supportive friends and family what you are doing and why and ask for their support. Avoid restaurants during this time. Suggest social activities that don't revolve around food. Write a list of positive raw related affirmations and say them frequently. VIsualize all the positive effects you wish to experience from going raw. Have fun!!! I wish you all the best, Blessings, Audrey www.rawhealing.com > " Karena Cruse " <kc >rawfood >rawfood >[Raw Food] Going raw >Mon, 19 Feb 2007 18:53:44 +0000 > >I have decided to (try) to give up cooked foods for Lent (Catholic holiday >lasting the 40 days before Easter). Guest guest
Karena that is a great idea! I'll join you. 40 days is a great start to changing any habit, although I will confess that all those years when I gave up chocolate or french fries for Lent, it never " took. Guest guest
My favorite dish from my first raw day was a smoothie with bananas, almond milk and raw chocolate with a splash of cinnamon.
