Passover recipes

Hello:

I have a recipe for " Passover Granola " that looks highly adaptable, but

I don't know what I could substitute for Matzah Farfel. does anyone have

any suggestions? I'd really appreciate any ideas you may have.

If I can get a substitute for the Matzah Farfel, I will post the

granola recipe to the list Holiday Recipe files, which already have a

number of

Passover recipes.
