Easy way to get started and natural hygiene (Was: RE: new member)

Hi Chandelle,

 

Welcome!! The best way to start is to just start adding more raw fruits and

veggies in your diet. An easy way is to eat fruit for breakfast and again

for lunch and serve a huge salad with something cooked (healthy and vegan)

for dinner. When you replace fruit meals for cooked meals be sure to eat

enough fruit. One apple doesn't cut it. :-) Fruit and veggies have a lot

less calories than cooked food so you need to eat more of them. Fruit

smoothies are a great idea. Blend up 4 or 5 bananas with a little bit of

water or fresh sqeezed orange juice, add some frozen fruits and berries and

you have a fast, delicious, easy meal.

 

Natural hygiene is the concept/philosophy/way of life that teaches that our

bodies are self healing. All we have to do is offer them the proper

conditions and get out of their way and they will keep us healthy and happy.

We don't need supplements or treatments when we are living as we are

designed to: a raw vegan diet, sunshine, fresh air, healthy relationships,

emotional health..etc...
