Guest guest
HI Rhonda, Welcome and congratulations on discovering raw!! I healed from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and several other health issues on raw. It does work!!! You may need to go 100% raw to get complete relief of your symptoms though. And if you do really feel you need to keep some cooked in your diet, I would recommend that you keep it at as clean and simple as possible. Definitely eliminate all meat, fish, dairy, grains and processed foods. If you must eat cooked, stick to mostly steamed veggies and try to eat very little fat. Two things might be happening to you now, you may need to eat a larger volumme of fruits and veggies per meal. Fruits and especially veggies have much less calories than cooked food does so we need to eat a lot more of them. For example, five bananas would be a meal, not one. Also, your body may just be adjusting. You may be doing some detoxing, which is to be expected. Have you read Shelly's recovery story yet? www.dyingtogetwell.com Wishing you all the best! Guest guest
Hi Rhonda, You might want to check out Audrey Walker's web site at www.rawhealing.com for some inspiration and good links. She healed her fibro and many other conditions with a high-fruit, low-fat, raw vegan diet. Laurie
