Guest guest Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 the raw lifestyle is all about taking responsibility for your own life and your own decisions, yet there are a lot of others around for support and insight. aside from the breast milk that is very beneficial for us as children, there is not really a need for us to ingest any other milk in our lives (except from a coconut), in my opinion. i am pretty confident that the greatest majority of raw foodists are vegans. here is to a beautiful, safe and blessed day! darryl lawrence whalen Expecting?
