We know unsprouted legumes (or at least many of them) should not be eaten raw due to the lectins. I would add some of the mushrooms too, like shiitake. What about eggplant, etc.? Or potatoes? (Perhaps with potatoes it is only necessary to peel them well to avoid the toxins in the eyes?)
