That stupid idiot -- who will go on to torture other animals and likely murder someone -- should've gotten 10 years in jail like the Moulder monsters who put the pit pup in the oven a couple yrs. ago. One year in jail is an abomination.

In the dictionary, "conserve" means "to keep in a safe or sound state," and "conservation" means "a careful preservation and protection of something." Since when does slaughtering wildlife equal "conservation"? Thus, the DEC should be called the DED, the Dept. of Environmental Destruction. And shame on the men and women who are using the word "conservation" when teaching their kids, as well as other kids, to hunt and fish.
