This is the last week that bills can be passed out of the State Legislature. SB 250 is currently eligible, which means the bill may be voted on at any time in the Assembly.

If the Assemblymemb

ers return from their long weekend to find their constituents calling all day Tuesday asking them to vote "YES" on SB 250, it is the best possible environment for passage of the bill.
