PMAD is held every September in Lancaster County, PA. Known as the "puppy mill capital of the east coast," Lancaster County has more puppy mills per capita than any other county in the United States.

Awareness Day goes international! Check out PMAD's first overseas group, "Puppy Love", which is an online community dedicated to stamping out puppy mills!
