PLEASE CROSS POST FAR AND WIDE!

 

The City of Garland, TX is still gassing animals. It's a horrific practice, cruel and takes 20 minutes for these poor animals to suffocate to death. There are meetings being held about switching to phenobarbital injections, which SHOULD be mandatory everywhere - please sign this petition EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN TX!
