Another Senseless Murder -- I Signed the Petition, Won't You?

This was my comment:

 

Until non-human beings are afforded equal protection and consideration under our

laws, with penalties for their torture and death as punitive as that of humans;

until the vile, antiquated concept of non-humans as PROPERTY is forever

discarded, we will continue to see non-humans treated as expendable. Murder is

murder, regardless of species. Allowing human garbage off with a slap on the

wrist is an obscene travesty. This dog had a right to his life and it was

viciously stripped from him. The courts must wake up and begin to understand

that violence against ANY species, is violence against ALL species.
