This is despicable. Couldn't the "regulators" be contacted in order to save this poor sea lion? If they had enough light to film the video, they had enough light to save the poor thing. I can't imagine the suffering, and I bet s/he drowned upon going back in the water while distraught onlookers couldn't help. Heartbreaking!
