Despicable! Judge rules in favor of Ringling Bros. in elephant abuse lawsuit

This ruling should be criminal in itself. There has been so much proof over the years of abuse in circuses that this outcome is a slap in the face to all the tortured elephants. Shameful. Unacceptable. There should be a revolution in the streets. The judge needs to get off the bench.
