Buster's Law in NYS needs to be STRENGTHENED. This monster needs to go to jail for 20 years, not up to 2 years!!

 

He killed the dogs on THREE different occasions, too (two female long-haired doxies dead, 1 poodle scalded). Wasn't anyone around after he tortured the first dog??

 

The Schenectady County SPCA is assisting in the investigation.
