Perp's job was developing educ'al programs for incarcerated teens by the Juvenile Justice Commission....60 y.o. making $100,810...member of the NJ State Special Education Advisory Council.

 

Thank goodness for this: "Another family dog was confiscated, since no one was at the home to care for it, and adopted out to a caring family."

 

I have no idea how these wives--domestic violence or not--can stand by and watch their pets get killed. This is the second case like this that I've posted in a week.
