NL, Canada: Two dogs, cat abandoned...tied to wall & starved in vacant home

So the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have made contact with the couple, and they were asked to return to "explain the situation" (but haven't), and criminal charges "are being considered"? What? Excuse me?

 

So heinous. Starving to death is no picnic. Those sweet, innocent, unsuspecting animals...once again, the prey of evil subhumans.

Willie Hunt from Pouch Cove, NL writes: We used to keep our rabbit dog outside all winter but the dog house had a light bulb to keep him nice and toasty warm. When you want to get rid of your dog after hunting season you are better off taking him for a 'walk in the woods' or set him free.
