Guest guest
With your help we can ease the burden of Mexico's rubbish dump horses. Dear Supporter In Mexico, horses are forced to live and work every day in appalling conditions on the country's rubbish dumps. Many of the horses working in these unforgiving surroundings are in urgent need of veterinary help. They carry intolerable weights, using ill-fitting, uneven tack with materials such as plastic sacking underneath their harness that cause wounds and serious injury. However, most of these horse owners have neither the expertise nor materials to harness and shoe their horses properly, meaning that injury is unavoidable. World Horse Welfare provides vital mobile veterinary clinics to ease the suffering of these rubbish dump horses. We also run structured training programmes, teaching people how to fit harness, shoe their horses and use suitable local materials, which do not cause discomfort or pain. With your help we can give the horses of Mexico - and the families who rely upon them - a brighter future. Please give whatever you can. Thank you.
