Guest guest
Friends, The LA Times is conducting a non-scientific poll that could be used against us when we try to push forward anti-puppy mill legislation in our city and in our state in the future. PLEASE send this poll to your list and ask your friends to vote YES, the ordinance banning the sale of pet factory cats and dogs in West Hollywood is a good thing! If you are a rescuer with a large email list, PLEASE tell your folks that if we cut off the supply of these animals in pet stores, your job will be that much easier! Let's empty out those shelter cages with strategies that work. This ordinance is a good thing and we need it in Los Angeles. Do not let them win, help us help animals in shelters by voting YES. We cannot allow unscrupulous commercial breeders and puppy mill profiteers to win this poll. We'd like to slam them back down where they belong! Please VOTE YES and CROSSPOST to your list.
