Itâ€™s not enough to find"good" homes for the pets in their care...a lotof people havefigured out what to say to get the dog/cat.

Thediscovery was made after thehouse had been sold and the new owners weredigging flower beds."We found the first few bodies and thought nothing of it." Thecurrenthomeowners commented. "We thought that maybe they had just notmarkedwhere their pets were buried. But when we kept finding bodies alloverthe

yard, some one on top of the other, we knew something waswrong."All in all, it took 10 people over 6 hours to exhume all of the remainsandpolice speculate that there could be more buried deeper. "Therereally isno way of knowing exactly how long this went on." An officerstated."They could have been at this for years."Early examination of some of the fresher remains shows that theyendured severetorture both pre and post mortum. Burns, lacerations anddismemberment to namea few.The animal rights community in Louisiana is currently in outrage overthese events and is calling for the couple to be jailed for life. "Nevershouldpeople like these be allowed to walk free." Said one protesteroutside theprison where the couple is currently being held.The police have yet declined to comment onexactly how the Kreutzer'scame to have so many animals but have noted thatmore than 30 wereshelter

rescues and most of their remains still contained microchipimplants."It make me sick to my stomach." Noted an employee of a localanimalshelter. "They killed so many of these animals that wantednothing morethan a loving forever-home.
