Two years ago, right here in Dallas, TX an American Airlines Center security officer told us that he did indeed witness a beating session with elephants during the day in a "training" session. He was afraid to give his name, however. It's very political. He had no reason to tell us that he did witness the beatings. I have seen elephants hooked myself by Ringling.

PETA is looking for additional witnesses to corroborate an allegedbrutal beating of a tiger during Ringling Bros.' recent stop inAtlanta.The animal rights organization claims an unidentified whistleblowerwatched as "trainers repeatedly and violently whipped the tiger untilthe animal collapsed on the floor and lost control of his bowels." Theincident allegedly occurred Feb. 18 at Philips Arena.PETA is offering a $5,000 reward to additional witnesses in hopes offorcing an investigation by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, saidspokeswoman RaeLeann Smith.
