What's so dang scary about this is how many human participants there were. And who knows how long this has been going on?

 

I can only imagine the horror and betrayal the dogs and horses faced. And of course some paid with their lives already.

 

I hope the bastard gets put in jail in solitary confinement for life. He's a HUGE detriment to society. NOTE: Animal cruelty is now a felony offense in Washington state.

A perfect example that any dog (or cat) can land in a shelter, even those from breeders, backyard breeders, mills, and pet stores. An irresponsible owner is an irresponsible owner. We don't need anymore dogs (or cats) to add to the overpopulation problem.
