-SCOTUS ruling clears Illinois man who videotaped pickup truck slaughter of

deer-

 

It didn't take long for this week's Supreme Court ruling on animal

cruelty videos to have an impact at the local level.

 

Federal charges have now been dropped against a man from Kampsville,

Illinois who allegedly had himself videotaped slamming into and

running over deer in his pickup truck.

 

Jarrod Hayn, 38, claims he has killed hundreds of deer that way,

according to the Associated Press. He produced a video called " Deer

Commander: Sudden Impact " .
