wild animals, the field which will be covered by the

law on the wellbeing of the animals will widen with

the animals of farm, with those being used for the

scientific experimentation, the pets, with those which

can work (tracker dog) and with the animals of

entertainment (animal in the circuses).

 

After a legislative process which lasted two years,

" the Stipulation on the protection of the animals of

Hainan " was included in the legislative project and

will be promulgated officially at the end of the year.

This law will make it possible to sensitize the public

with the protection of the animals and to lead people

to treat the animals in an equitable way.
