Guest guest
Dear Sirs/Madams, Unfortunately one more time the world is informed about the brutal practices applied on whale fishing especially by Japan, Norway and Iceland, who present their commercial slaughter disguised as " scientific " . Although the world strongly opposes to this barbarism which has resulted to the dramatic reduce of whales population, these countries seem to ignore for the moment this global opposition. Additionally, Japan's efforts to " bribe " smaller countries (like Belize) to vote on their side are obvious to all the world. This position is completely contrary to Belize's reputation as being a country deeply concerned with environmental and wildlife protection yet the Japanese have somehow got through to them, paid off some politicians and have them now on their side, or so it is strongly believed. We urge Belize's politicians and community to oppose to this brutal policy against whales and environment in general. Sorry to say, if precious Belize's vote goes to Japan, then our possible travels and holidays to your country will never become true while Belize's products will be totally boycotted. We are anxiously waiting to see what will your attitude be. Hopefully we will hear soon some good news which honour your beatiful country. Thanks in advance. Sincerely yours, Maria Nika, Greece
