From US Federal Register: September 7, 2006 (Volume 71, Number 173)

Applicant: Animal Source Texas, Krum, TX, PRT-120288

The applicant requests a permit to export six live captive-born

lemurs (Lemur catta) to Leofoo Village Theme Park--Animal Kingdom,

Taiwan for the purpose of enhancement of the survival of the species.

Does anyone know this Leofoo park? Thanks!

Hi Shriley,

I don't know this place, but I found in the Chiangmai Night safari a very

large amount of Ring-tail Lemurs and Ruffed Lemur (total around 20) , does

anyone have any idea where they came from? I cannot find any CITES documents

here.
