Guest guest
Wear red in protest of the blood shed... If you are willing to stand up against the multi-million dollar captive dolphin industry, wear red on September 20th to speak out against slaughter of 20,000 dolphins each year. The annual slaughter is funded by the captive dolphin industry. Dolphinariums all over the world continue to purchase dolphins from Japan. These animals are captured in the most inhumane way possible. Then, the too big, too smal, nursing, or blemished are slaughtered for the meat. If the captive dolphin industry would stop purchasing their animals from japan, it would not be worth it to the fishermen to round up pod after pod of dolphins each year. From October to April the slaughter takes place IN JAPAN. Dolphins are migratory species and do not belong to Japan, they belong to the children and future generations. On September 20th we are going to show up outside of the consulate to peacefully demonstrate our intention to protect our seas biodiversity for the next generation. Please make the time, bring your members, family, friends, neighbours, and anyone who claims to care.
