Dear Organisers,

 

Please find the views of Shri Naresh Kumar Kadyan, Chairperson of

People for Animals Haryana below sent to me. A very senior animal

rights activist of India with many achievments to his credit in

animal welfare, who like me has always felt that Indian Laws and the

honourable courts are the best tools to generate awareness for animal

abuse.

 

He has been bravely dragging offenders to the courts of India, and

then finally to prison.

 

Some of his high profile offenders are:

 

1. Mr. M.A.K. Pataudi, a Royal decendent who is presently facing

charges of shooting ang hunting wild animals after he was caught

redhanded ferrying the hunted in the dicky of his car.

 

2. Mr. Kadyan has also been taking the regular challenges of

confronting the 'cattle mafia'. I once has the exclusive opportunity

of accompanying him in Delhi-UP border where he intercepted many

trucks carrying overcrowded cattle.

The animals were later seized and taken to the goshalas in Gurgaon.

 

If he says he wants to go to court, I am afraid he means it !

 

He knows the laws like the back of his hand.

 

Also many senior advocates of the Hon`ble Supreme Court are comming

forward to give their opinion and are ready to help people like Shri

Kadyan and others who are united in Justice for Polo-Jumbos.

ELEPHANT IS THE PROPERTY OF GOVT. UNDER WP ACT 1972 COVERRED UNDER

SCH. 1. HOW ANYONE CAN MISHANDLED THE GOVT PROPERTY ONLY TO ATTRACT

OTHERS, WITHOUT CRUEL MANNER YOU CAN NOT TEACH AN ANIMAL NOR PLAY

UNDER MASTERS KEY.

 

HOW YOU WILL BRING THE ANIMALS HAVE YOU GOT THE VEHICLES ?

 

FOR TRANSPORT AS PER ISI,PCA ACT 1960 PROVISIONS?
