Guest guest
Hi Tonia I am an Indian vegetarian. I and a lot of ppl like me don't eat eggs directly but in most cases like bread, cake etc I kinda don't mind the egg. well for me if i don't smell the egg i dont mind eating (in some cakes and corn bread etc i can easily smell the egg so i don't prefer them) There are certain people in India who don't have egg as well (mostly in my parents generation) so u might want to email them and ask if they will be ok with egg in bread and cake etc. and do accordingly Also if you are looking for places to eat that are veg with less impact of egg: here are some: Indian food of course, Mediterranean, Salad bars, Thai food(make sure they don't use fish or oyster sauce), Italian (although u need to make sure it doesn't have egg in it) Also on th same point if they are so strong about eggs then they may not be ok with all kinds of cheese either, most of our day to day food do not include cheese (some have cottage cheese) Personally i don't take cheddar and try to avoid other cheese. I take them mostly in melted form like in pizza, lasagna etc hope this helps. and feel free to email me if u have any other questions in this regards. Shree wrote: There are 2 messages in this issue.
