Manju,

I know this is a late response, but I was just curious why you

do not eat onion and garlic. I would love to hear more.I always find it fun

to learn about different belief systems. if you don't mind sending a reply

you can send it to my offline email address: gosstucker

Thanks,

Paige

Breakfast Ideas

Hi Kim,

You can substitute onion and garlic by using

Asafoeteda powder which you can buy in Indian spice

stores. I am a Hare Krishna and for spiritual reasons we don't eat

onion

and garlic and just replace it with this spice when

the recipes requires it. I hope this helps!

eat a lot of beans and nuts. I can accommodate most recipes by

substituting, however, I cannot use any citrus, onion, garlic,

avocado, or celery and have not figured out how to substitute

these : )

from there. My daughter wanted something sweet and crunchy. She loves

toasted bagels with vegan cream cheese and fresh in season fruits on

top. It is very easy to do (about five minutes) and no mess! We put

nuts in the " cream cheese. "
