Guest guest
Yes , fresh is more expensive than frozen. But do you want to pay now or Later. There is no price for Good health. Naturally on occasion you will use frozen , But try to make fresh your first choice. Buy bags of apples and Oranges , there sold for less. Also buy what's on sale. You can get what you need Medicine will cost a lot more than Fresh food. Once I was very sick and I had to buy medicine . Living Foods healed me. Living Foods also healed my son. It is very important that you give your family the best Fresh Fruit , Vegetables , Nuts and Grains God will take care of you . Guest guest
Lynda said it all. Boxed mixes seem convenient, but you can pay dearly for that " convenience " down the road. Better to buy in bulk as you can, and make your OWN mixes for commonly used items, or simply eat fresh raw fruits and veggies. I think our cultural idea of what a " meal " consists of keeps us from eating in a way different than we are familiar with. Maybe our idea of what a " meal " is needs some looking at.
