What are your thoughts about shopping at a Spanish grocery store? I haven't

been in one yet but wondered if you guys think it's worth a try. Maybe someone

has a good recipe for something other than burritos. Keep smiling!

I occasionally pick up tostada and sope shells from neighborhood fruit markets.

The tostada shells are so much better than anything organic, but I hate the

thought of eating the GMO corn.

Your gonna have a ball in the Spanish Grocery . Lots of new fruits and

Vegetables.

Plus Legumes and spices .

Mamay is my favorite fruit it is available in September. I am not sure about

any other time.

It taste like a cooked Sweet Potato with cinnamon. There are lots of exotic

things to try .

The Asian Market has a host of good treats too.

Happy Shopping !

Please keep in mind that Mexico and other countries to the south still use DDT

on their produce.

I've heard also that some use none. They simply can't afford the

pesticides ... nor can they afford organic certification. How to know

the difference? I do not know.
