i put my 17 month old's smoothies into cups with lids and staws. they never

spill. also, i find that he prefers them not so cold. he drinks much more that

way. that is easy if you are using fresh stuff but frozen is too cold so i let

it sit a bit. also, i put a dash of olive or other oil in it and some liquid

omega 3.

 

all 4 of my vegan kids are on the thin side but still very healthy and very

active and very smart ;-) so i would not worry about your baby not being chunky!

Thank you Heather.? I was thinking that he would have the most fun drinking out

of a cup with a straw.? Sure haven't had any luck getting the smoothy through

those baby sippy cups.? I'll also try not letting it be too cold.? I was adding

the flax oil...I sneak that into most things that I can.
