Guest guest
i put my 17 month old's smoothies into cups with lids and staws. they never spill. also, i find that he prefers them not so cold. he drinks much more that way. that is easy if you are using fresh stuff but frozen is too cold so i let it sit a bit. also, i put a dash of olive or other oil in it and some liquid omega 3. all 4 of my vegan kids are on the thin side but still very healthy and very active and very smart ;-) so i would not worry about your baby not being chunky! heather Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Thank you Heather.? I was thinking that he would have the most fun drinking out of a cup with a straw.? Sure haven't had any luck getting the smoothy through those baby sippy cups.? I'll also try not letting it be too cold.? I was adding the flax oil...I sneak that into most things that I can. stacey Heather Vargas <formy4ms Wed, 9 Jan 2008 8:19 am smoothie cup i put my 17 month old's smoothies into cups with lids and staws. they never spill. also, i find that he prefers them not so cold. he drinks much more that way. that is easy if you are using fresh stuff but frozen is too cold so i let it sit a bit. also, i put a dash of olive or other oil in it and some liquid omega 3. all 4 of my vegan kids are on the thin side but still very healthy and very active and very smart ;-) so i would not worry about your baby not being chunky! heather Never miss a thing.
