Guest guest
I am sooo glad I asked. You guys have really given me a ton of different things to try out. I guess sometimes you get stuck in a rut & can't think of new stuff by yorself. I would like to know abt this making your own frozen pizzas. Does anyone have a good recipe for that or the freeze ahead casseroles? I think if I do one pizza and one casserole this weekend it will really relieve some stress! And I will try out some of the crock pot recipes for sure! I love the baked potatoes idea which I had never thought of! I can have them ready in the crock and just pull out some fun toppers for a super easy meal that everyone can personalize. I'm excited to eat dinner again:)

Guest guest
You can find some easy vegan pizza crusts (I found a ton just googling it, you can find one to your liking, I'm sure). I have frozen just the dough before - thaw ahead of time and let it come to room temperature before you roll/stretch/etc to fit your pan. I have also partially pre-cooked (you bake the crust for half the time, then freeze it (no toppings, though I'm sure you could do it that way as well once the crust was half done) then just pop into the oven till it's um, done. Hope that helps. This reminds me that we need to start doing pizza night again... Guest guest
Thanks. I'll google it. I wasn't concerned with the pizza crust not being vegan so much - I'm ovo, lacto. I'm trying to get away from eating so much bread and thought tofu could be made into a base for pizza instead of the bread crust.
