Thank you for all the prompt replies, I appreciate it! I'm not really

worried about him, I know that he's healthy and active, I just want to

make sure that he's getting everything he needs. I guess he's just

different than we were at that age, his dad and I were both monsters!

I'm definitely going to start trying to get more nuts into his diet

though, and the full-fat yogurt is a good idea too.
