Guest guest
Hi, An acquaintance of mine is putting this Gluten Free Cooking Expo and wanted to get the word out. If you're in the Chicago area, this might be something you'd be interested in. The link I sent before was from someone else that my friend knows, and she'll be at the expo (it's also listed on that site for those I didn't send the link to it was http://www.riseandshinedesserts.com/or http://www.sunshinesbest.com ). Here's the info for those who are interested in going GF or already are. *** Hi Everyone, I don't think I ever shared information about the Expo I am planning. If you know of anyone that is gluten-free or trying to go gluten-free, please pass along my information. Thanks! The Gluten Free Cooking Expo is the first of it's kind in the Midwest. We are bringing together the top cookbook authors, chefs, and experts in the gluten-free industry to present cooking demonstrations for two days in September. There will also be a vendor fair, book fair, and gluten-free liquor and beer tasting. If attendees have other dietary issues, the presenters will be able to address those as well (such as sugar, dairy, corn alternatives). The website is www.glutenfreeclasses.com. Thanks for passing along the information. I know many of you are into alternative diets for various reasons.
