Guest guest
honey with cayenne is the best to soothe a cough and sore throat. miso soup with lots of garlic will help beat off the bad germs. peppermint is a great decongestant, so drink lots of peppermint tea. when i have a really bad bug, i take a decongestant (like sudafed, but the real kind that you have to sign for) in the morning and a heavy duty antihisimine (like benadryl) at night to help stave off a sinus infection. Guest guest
Just remember if you are still breastfeeding that peppermint can have a negative affect on milk supply. So avoid peppermint if you are still BFing. ~Susan On Apr 20, 2008, at 7:36 AM, robin koloms wrote: > peppermint is a great decongestant, so drink lots of peppermint > tea. when i have a really bad bug,
