We love their products. The body wash is still my daughter's favorite.

Lush is pretty good about labeling what is organic (meaning from

biological matter) versus synthetic. They do use synthetics in their

products, but at least they aren't trying to hide it.

We love the California Baby sunscreen -- but it is difficult to find in

Canada. Costs a fortune to order and have shipped here, with all the

duty etc.! So I am looking for something comparable that I can find in

Canada.

Shari,

My MIL goes to a common market (aka coop) and it was only .50 cents cheaper than

I saw it on amazon.com for... Maybe some coops are cheaper...I hope! It's a

crime against humanity that it costs so much for non toxic products! The people

who can't afford it just get blasted by companies that truly don't care about

health or the environment. I've been thinking lately to write my

officials...for whatever good it will do. Maybe we all should:-)

Sometimes you can find coupon codes for mothernature.com; I have purchased

california baby through them. The last time I puchased (we use the calming

wash) it, I am pretty sure it was at Target.

Heather,

Not sure if it helps, but I have a friend that distributes Arbonne, her

contact information is below if you or anyone are interested in asking her

questions. She keeps me on distribution since she knows I am vegan and

Arbonne is certified vegan.

Thanks to all of you who replied -- I will check out Arbonne, and yes I

have looked at Skin Deep. It looks like Lavera should be available

around here too. It can get expensive trying all these different kinds,

and we already know we really like California Baby (my parents picked

some up for us last year while travelling in the US) but we will switch

if we can find something equally non-toxic and more available to us in

Canada!

Hi Shari,

I just checked the Frontier co-op website, and they don't carry

California Baby. They do sell a lot of other great manufacturers.

www.frontiercoop.com/wholesale If you don't belong already, you can

just form your own co-op. We get all kinds of natural products,

organic/vegetarian pantry foods and spices, gifts, kitchen stuff, paper

products, detergents, homeopathy, herbs, etc. from them, and save an

average of 40% per month.

I'd love to hear about other co-ops, too - if you or anyone know of

others!!

Good luck!
