Robin,

Now and Zen made Hip Whip and they are no longer in business. I

remember reading about it around Thanksgiving a couple of years ago -

my local market was out of Hip Whip and I needed some for pumpkin

pie. When they checked where the backorder was, they said they could

no longer get the product. It's too bad too - I loved the stuff.

But I have found a recipe to make the same basic thing - let me know

if you want it so you can make your own - you do need a VitaMix

though as a regular blender cannot cream the cashews.

Hi Susan,

Thank you for the info. I dream of owning a vitamix; just can't seem to

squeeze one out of the budget.
