Jill, I am SO glad you posted this link...because it clears things up

for me. I don't eat meat because of the inhumane treatment of

animals, which also leads to health issues secondly not to mention

the environment. Still, I don't feel it is necessarily a " sin " so to

speak to eat meat. Anyway, this helped validate my thinking.

Thank you all for the responses! I think my friend gets pretty

annoyed by my responses...but she starts it! She also enjoys sending

me Republican propoganda. :)

 

I also don't believe that eating meat is technically a sin. However

it almost seems that many Christian meateaters feel they must eat

meat, as if the Bible is requiring it.
